– Payment: By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified subscription fees. Payments are processed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

ProfitNow, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
